All orders are ship UPS ground unless specified. Your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days if not sooner. Out of stock items will be processed 5 to 7 business days.

Returning
We have a reputation of providing high quality products, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the order, you can return the undamaged item for a full refund, exclude the shipping fee. Unless we made a mistake on the order, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is not refundable.
